We follow strict quality control procedures to meet the highest standards required by overseas buyers and demanding domestic feed-producing customers. Our production team has years of experience with feed, grains, and ethanol industries, as well as solid knowledge of all the engineering aspects of the production process. We pay close attention to all requirements for consistently producing Golden Yellow Color DDGs to obtain the export levels required for protein, fat, digestibility and careful control of moisture content.

At RPMG, we clearly understand that when agricultural commodities with the characteristics of DDGs are transferred long distances around the world, there are various handling movements. From truck or rail to container or vessel, these commodities are exposed to different temperatures and storage conditions. By having complete control of the product and its logistics, we reduce the factors that could jeopardize the outcome of the export in question. We supervise, track and manage all the logistical steps of the export process from the manufacturing facility to the final destination port. Through our Identity Preservation Practice, we assure that quality and integrity of the product at loading is identical to the quality at the destination port.

During the last eight years, the ocean transportation industry reacted quickly to highly volatile energy prices and global demand. These variables had an effect on transportation costs and, indirectly, the value of the product exported. The global supply rapidly moved to “containerization”, especially for Agri-commodities like grains, meals and, in particular, distiller grains. Regardless of the irreversible change in the way the product was delivered, there was clear growth of DDG break bulk cargos. To cover all the logistical aspects, RPMG has invested in a Break Bulk Loading Terminal in Vancouver, BC, Canada to give our buyers all the alternatives available to make the best purchase decision.
